SENCO Required for Immediate Start at School in Blackpool
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCO) to join a dynamic team at an SEN school in Blackpool. As a SENCO, you will be responsible for overseeing the provision of special educational needs support, ensuring that all students with additional needs receive the appropriate care and resources to reach their full potential.
Position Type: Full-time, temporary (until the end of the academic year)
Develop and implement individualised education plans (IEPs) for students with special educational needs.
Monitor the progress of students with SEN and make adjustments to their support plans as needed.
Provide training and guidance to staff on best practices for supporting students with SEN.
Stay up-to-date with current SEN legislation and best practices.
Commitment to promoting inclusion and diversity within the school community.
