**Helpdesk Co-ordinators role**:
To schedule and coordinate reactive and planned maintenance jobs.
To handle incoming calls, dealing with emergency call outs, general enquiries, engineer requests etc
To work from numerous mailboxes, handling incoming work requests (purchase orders etc), customer queries, quote requests, providing updates, sending job card etc
FTS Merit covers various trades including electricians, plumbers, gas engineers, joiners, painters, fabric, ground works, air conditioning. Experience of these trades would be desirable.
**Salary**: £21,000.00-£24,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- BLACKPOOL: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Administrative: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
