About the Role

As the Corporate Partnerships and Fundraising Manager at UNITE 2030, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic corporate partnerships and innovative fundraising initiatives. You will work closely with our leadership team to identify, cultivate, and secure partnerships that align with our mission to revolutionize the way young people create impact. This is a high-paced strategic role that requires an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to identify prospects, drive urgency, close partnership deals, and play an integral part in our growth. Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Business Development:

  • Deep understanding of our value proposition to a prospective partner across all areas of our business;
  • Lead generation & qualification (identify the ideal customer and understand their needs and fit with our events & product offerings);
  • Heavy focus on events, with expansion toward new events throughout the year;
  • Build trusted relationships to identify new partnership opportunities
  • Source new lead opportunities by working with Program Managers, on outreach strategies, researching new accounts, and identifying key players to contact;
  • Build interest with target clients that are interested in creating thriving social entrepreneurial ecosystems;
  • Keep a pulse on possible co-partnership opportunities;

Sales & Relationship Management:

  • Approach partnership development with a sales mindset, focusing on identifying and closing deals;
  • Manage consistent pipeline throughout the year;
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with corporate partners and sponsors;
  • Provide exceptional account management to ensure partner satisfaction and retention;
  • Regularly update partners on the impact of their contributions and opportunities for further engagement.

Opportunity Identification:

  • Support live and virtual events alongside Program Managers by driving attendance through email campaigns, manual outreach, and event networking platforms/apps;
  • Follow up with conference attendees for possible partnership opportunities in a timely manner
  • Measure and track the success of attending events and conferences in order to inform future event strategy;

Marketing & Communication

  • Collaborate with team to create impactful campaigns that attract potential partners and donors;
  • Develop marketing materials and communication strategies to promote partnership opportunities;
  • Represent UNITE 2030 at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness and attract partners.

About You

Qualifications:

  • A successful track record of hands-on relationship cultivation, with a proven history of building partnerships and annual partnership deals at the 6-figure level and higher.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, including sophisticated public speaking, written communication and listening across cultures. You have the credibility and charisma to articulate your ideas in clear, compelling ways that will excite and motivate people to support the work we do We care about what we do, and you should too
  • Relationship-driven with a passion for sales;
  • Passionate about building a career in sales;
  • Proven experience in corporate partnerships, sales, or fundraising, preferably within the non-profit or social impact sector.
  • If you have non-profit experience, you bring a strong sales mindset and a track record of successfully identifying and securing high-value partnerships.
  • If you have sales experience, you understand the value proposition of social impact and are passionate about driving meaningful change.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills;
  • You have a proven and successful track record operating in a sales environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of initiative and accountability.
  • Interested in the discourse around social impact, startups, and entrepreneurship
  • Thrive while working in a distributed/independent environment - you are incredibly self-driven and organized
  • Demonstrated writing skills - you’ll be writing your own email prospecting campaigns and also assisting with copywriting
  • Strong prospecting skills;
  • Entrepreneurial mindset - ability to pivot to new strategies and goals. We are a small team with a big reach, but that means things change quickly

Additional Skills:

  • Experience with CRM systems and fundraising software.
  • Entrepreneurial experience is a plus
