At Blink, we're building a different kind of people team. These roles sit within our people team with a focus on building, operating, and evolving how we find and recruit world class people, and having a direct influence on the companys results.
This is not a traditional TA, HR or People roles, these roles will have a focus on building for scale, optimising processes and driving impact from day one. Day to day people tasks including office management
Identifying and running Employer Brand initiatives
L&D Operations
Wider People team projects as required
From day one you'll be supported in learning the business and how to operate, but equally encouraged to ask constructive questions and help up build the next evolution of the company.
An innovator - able to find ways to reduce manual processes and find new and better ways of working,
You have multiple examples of high impact -these could be at work, in your academic record or in other pursuits such as sport or the arts.
