I am seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional for my client’s team, focusing on driving customer growth, managing key customer relationships, and representing the Sales function within the operations team.

Business Growth & Customer Management
- Commercial Strategy & Execution
- Identify and assess new business and adjacent market opportunities, including potential new services and standards.
- Lead negotiations throughout the business acquisition process.
- Provide actionable commercial insights to guide business decisions.
- Set sales price objectives based on market knowledge and competitor analysis, leveraging customer information and marketing feedback.
- Address customer issues, including claims and logistic/quality crises, ensuring effective resolution.
- Take proactive steps to reduce overdue accounts.

Collaborate with Key Account Managers in other regions to ensure consistency on a global scale.
- Participate in project teams to advocate for the customer’s perspective on quality, costs, and delivery timelines.

Proven experience in key account management or commercial roles.
- Strong understanding of the automotive market.
- Proficiency in Spanish is an advantage.

Expertise in building and maintaining customer relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to develop new business and explore new markets.
- Proactively seeks out opportunities while minimizing risks.
- Adaptable and flexible, with an open approach to meeting diverse customer needs.

Company Car / Allowance
Location: Buckinghamshire/ Bedfordshire - Flexibility for remote work.
Travel Requirements: Up to 50% travel within the UK and Europe.
