Your new role
As the Operations Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations at the Omagh facility. Your responsibilities will include: managing production schedules, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimise processes and enhance efficiency. Monitoring safety protocols and compliance with regulations. Leading and motivating a skilled workforce to achieve operational goals.
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate should have a proven ability to coordinate projects to successful completion, as well as be able to develop and empower team members to deliver results. You should have strong collaboration and team-building skills with a knowledge of lean manufacturing and business improvement. You should be an excellent communicator and be proficient in MS Office (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
