We are seeking a highly skilled SHEQ Officer to join our Operations Team in Newry. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety, health, and environmental compliance of our operations.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and monitor standards, processes, training, and systems to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Coordinate work systems to ensure products and services meet the highest quality standards.
- Assess demanding situations, identify issues, and develop solutions that result in efficiencies, process, and health & safety improvements.
- Lead a Quality Inspector and provide guidance on quality assurance and compliance.
We are looking for a candidate with a NEBOSH certificate and experience in ISO management. You will also have carried out risk management and compliance, as well as fire safety awareness. Internal Auditor certification is desirable.
A positive attitude and the ability to engage with the factory team are essential for this role.
