Visa Consulting and Analytics (VCA) is the consulting arm of Visa, and drives tangible, impactful and financial results for Visa’s network clients, including both financial services and merchants. Drawing on our expertise in strategy consulting, data analytics, brand management, marketing, operational and macroeconomics, VCA solves the most strategic problems for our clients.

VCA Managed Services (VMS) is an augmentation of Visa’s consultancy offering, supporting the execution and implementation of recommendations to help scale competitive advantage and operate to succeed in the digital age.

We are looking for a Go-To-Market Lead to form an integral part of our central team shaping and delivering exciting product/service strategies for VMS. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing delivery methodologies, shaping our solution use cases, positioning these with our clients and supporting the delivery of VMS engagements across Europe. Working with some of the best consultants and clients in the banking and payment industry, you will lead and facilitate the successful end-to-end go-to-market process for products within our four core Service Lines: Portfolio Optimisation, Digital Enablement, Risk Management and Commercial Money Movement Solutions (CMS). We are passionate about providing an outstanding client experience, delivering Visa products and service offerings that improve efficiency and drive value for everyone

What we expect of you, day to day:

Build a collaborative and ongoing relationship with the Sales team, and leverage on this to finesse the best Go-To-Market (GTM) approach and sales strategy via the Account Executives across all clusters

Support VMS expansion efforts from a Product perspective, emphasizing on understanding Product-market fit, key implementation requirements and solution design, developing effective go-to-market processes and ensuring effective delivery of Product propositions in new markets

Design and develop new value propositions as we architect and develop tailored approaches to implement client solutions including Visa APIs, Tokenization, Partner products, CMS, etc.

Develop and test pricing strategies for new product and proposition launches

Build and develop Solution profiles, competitive analysis, presentations, demos, white papers, and product updates for organizational marketing materials

Be recognised as a leader and champion for VMS services across the organisation, ensuring client-facing teams have the knowledge, collateral and support they need to rapidly grow product penetration and revenue

Drive the commercial success of our Value-Added Service (VAS) products and associated Service Lines, operating as a key resource within product, marketing and distribution as the product(s) move through their lifecycle

Lead a small team of product consultants to support and drive the GTM opportunities and support them in their career development to enable growth

Work closely with multi-functional teams to support development of digital solutions that enable Visa to be the leading player across all of our geographies. This includes tailored solutions to launch across varied and / or complex markets

Support the delivery team in capturing knowledge and credentials by developing standardized use cases, training materials, pricing and sales collaterals and where possible packaged solution and bundles in collaboration with the VCA practice areas and product SMEs.

Leverage findings and lessons learnt across VMS projects to develop the offering and the Go-To-Market approach.

Support product and delivering team in Monitoring client’s performance against use case and projects delivery metrics

Support the VMS delivery team as well as client during the project execution by providing them mentorship and expertise where required.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

Qualifications

What we’re after…

A consultative background, with experience in Payments Products including ecommerce, digital and mobile payments, mobile platforms, systems integration and consumer payment journey
Solid grasp of the digital payment ecosystem and its impact and benefits in client business and infrastructure
Previous experience leading and developing a team
Experience of delivering digital payment solutions
Customer driven mentality, with ability to drive project scope and influence sales outcome
A passion for solving the problems of the future through innovation, technology & design to build better businesses for the future
Outstanding interpersonal and presentation skills and a demonstrable ability to influence and communicate optimally across regional and functional lines
Able to combine aspects of the business and commercialisation with technical understanding
Ability to handle a sophisticated and multifaceted workload, collaborating with VCA functional practices towards solution development initiatives, and providing SME support for teams delivering implementation projects
Advanced planning, organizational and problem-solving skills
Excellent PowerPoint and Excel Skills
