A leading consultancy is expanding its HR Technology & Transformation practice and is looking for an experienced HR Tech specialist to deliver impactful, large-scale change for complex organisations. The Role As a Senior Consultant in HR Transformation (Oracle HCM), you will design, shape and deliver Oracle HCM Cloud solutions across Core HR, Talent, Payroll and related modules. You’ll work closely with clients to understand business needs, translate them into functional system requirements, and lead workstreams across design, testing, data, migration, integrations and deployment. You will also guide clients through broader HR transformation, operating models, process optimisation, workforce policies, and compliance frameworks. Experience working in regulated or public sector environments is highly valued (but not essential), with eligibility for UK Security Clearance required. What You’ll Do Lead functional and process workstreams across end-to-end Oracle HCM implementations. Configure Oracle HCM Cloud modules and provide hands-on functional expertise. Advise on HR policy, operating models and best practice transformation. Work across multi-disciplinary teams including technical, change and testing. Support user adoption, training, communications and business readiness. Contribute to business development, bids, proposals and thought leadership. Play an active role in internal initiatives, practice development and proposition building. About You (must-haves) Experience working in a consultancy (current or recent). Strong Oracle HCM Cloud expertise across multiple modules. Experience in full end-to-end implementations. Ability to operate in complex, matrixed project environments.
