The consultants at ReThink HR get involved at various stages of HRIS projects from selection, implementation kick off or project rescues and work with our clients to ensure that they can achieve the most value from their chosen software package. Working as a trusted advisor to the client, our consultants are hands-on project managers responsible for keeping everything on track but also closely involved with the configuration, process design and change management work.
