A leading global manufacturer is looking for an ambitious and energetic Export Sales Manager to spearhead expansion across European distribution channels. What You’ll Do:

As the Export Sales Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of the growth strategy in Europe, targeting distribution channels within the agriculture, equestrian, construction, and fabrication sectors. You’ll be empowered to identify and seize new business opportunities, forge strong client relationships, and deliver exceptional sales results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Market Expansion: Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to break into new markets and achieve ambitious export sales targets.
  • Hunt for New Business: Actively research, identify, and pursue new business opportunities, staying ahead of market trends and customer needs.
  • Build Lasting Relationships: Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring they see you as a trusted partner who delivers value.
  • Seal the Deal: Prepare persuasive presentations, and close high-value sales deals.
  • Drive Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including product development, marketing, and logistics, to deliver on customer expectations and drive growth.
  • Own Your Success: Regularly report on your sales performance, market insights, and customer feedback, with your achievements recognized by senior management.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A proven track record in new business development, particularly in selling bulk-manufactured products into new distribution channels.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • A self-starter with a proactive, results-oriented mindset who thrives on the challenge of driving new business.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across Europe, meeting clients and closing deals.
  • Full product training will be provided
