Kennington Oxfordshire, United Kingdom TRIBE Freedom Foundation Full time

Do you have a passion for social impact, community-building and events? Do you want to help shape the strategy of a fast-growing charity on a mission to end modern slavery?

Salary : Competitive, depending on experience.

Location: The role is based out of a shared working space in Kennington alongside the wider TRIBE team of 10. Some remote working available, required in the office 3 days per week.

Job Overview:

This is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in a small community-driven charity, engaging thousands of everyday adventurers and athletes each year to take on a physical challenge and join the fight against modern slavery.

We are looking for a motivated and highly efficient Community & Impact Manager to help us deliver an ambitious series of community fundraising events in 2025 and beyond (including a five-day TRIBE ultramarathon across Namibia and TRIBE x Hackney Half ) and support the team with marketing, partnerships and outreach activities.

As Community & Impact Manager, you will report to the TFF CEO. You will also work closely with the team at our partners at TRIBE Nutrition , as we scale up to be one of the most impactful organisations in the anti-trafficking space.

TRIBE Freedom Foundation:

TRIBE Freedom Foundation (TFF) was inspired by a 1,000-mile run in 2013 to set up the first home for trafficked children in the UK called Run for Love. Today, we work to fight modern slavery across the UK, by raising awareness, providing funding and support for frontline projects to fight modern slavery and working on projects to equip survivors with the long-term services to overcome their previous exploitation. Our work has been featured in the Times, BBC, Daily Mail and other publications. TFF works closely alongside its sister company, TRIBE, the UK’s leading plant energy brand. Discover more at /.

The Role:

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering all TRIBE Freedom Foundation events, including the epic Run for Love series and TRIBE x Hackney Half.
  • Delivering London-based community events, including the fortnightly TRIBE run club.
  • Building strong relationships and communications with the TRIBE community to inspire and support their fundraising efforts.
  • Leading on all brand, event partnerships and community rewards partnerships.
  • Developing new and innovative fundraising strategies for the TRIBE community.
  • Contributing to the creation of all content (video, social media, impact reports, articles) showcasing the inspiring TRIBE community and events.
  • Developing compelling marketing communications and social media content to share with our fundraisers and the wider community about TFF's work.
  • Supporting the development of marketing assets for TRIBE Freedom Foundation. Over time proactively identify best-practice and new opportunities to drive engagement and growth.

You’d ideally be:

  • Ambitious: 0 - 3 years experience in a role that involves fundraising and/or community building.
  • Collaborative and Community-Focussed: building community is what TRIBE is all about. We need a team-player who loves bringing people together and is confident in building relationships.
  • Tenacious and Committed: arrive with energy for the challenge ahead, the initiative to make things happen and juggle competing priorities in a start-up environment.
  • Active and loves the outdoors: this role involves getting stuck into organising our amazing fundraising challenges and community events, from stunning trail runs and charity walks to HIIT classes across London and the awe-inspiring TRIBE Run for Love series.

What we offer…

  • Competitive salary, subject to skills and experience;
  • A dynamic, ambitious and fun working environment;
  • Unlimited TRIBE products and free breakfast; and
  • Regular team trips and fitness sessions, including overseas events;
