As a Sales Director - New Business , reporting to the Senior Vice President of Sales, you will lead a team of experienced Business Development Managers and play a critical role in shaping and executing our sales strategy.

Lead, coach, and inspire a team of Business Development Managers to consistently exceed revenue targets.
Build and sustain a high-performance culture through accountability, recognition, and ongoing professional development.
Support your team in complex sales cycles, providing mentorship and guidance to help them succeed.
Track, analyze, and report on sales performance metrics to ensure goals are met and exceeded.
Identify opportunities to improve sales processes and drive continuous improvement.
Partner with fellow Sales Directors and senior leadership to align strategies and achieve company-wide growth goals.
Proven success in building, leading, and motivating high-performing B2B sales teams in the Technology industry
Strong people leadership skills with a history of developing top-performing sales talent.
A track record of exceeding sales and revenue goals in a professional services, SaaS, or subscription-based business.
Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze metrics and deliver results under pressure.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred.
Four days in office
Valid passport is required).
Language Skills: Bilingual proficiency in German is strongly preferred to support our diverse client base
