Role Outline; We are currently recruiting for an experienced Brand Planner who will be responsible for the purchasing, demand & supply planning, to ensure product is in stock; as a top priority. The position will report to and work with the Senior Director of Global Planning & Supply Chain. The successful candidate will ideally have worked in a fashion-oriented manufacturing environment and have extensive knowledge of Demand Planning, Supply Planning & ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities;
Manage purchasing, demand & supply planning for assigned Brands/categories/SKU's to ensure optimum inventory levels are maintained.
Develop sales/product forecasts, inventory plans and budgets for assigned Brands and categories; working closely with Finance.
Manage purchasing $ spend for Brands/categories in alignment with budget allocation and sales trends.
Coordinate shipments with suppliers by optimising the cost.
Forecast accuracy management, reporting, root cause analysis and action planning.
Create and maintain strong supplier relationships and work together to prioritise stock allocation.
Support factory capacity and raw material planning (future raw hair, etc.).
Ensure SKU rationalisation for Brand/s & SKUs managed.
Conduct ad hoc analysis and have the ability to create reporting as required by the business.
Update Supply Chain dashboards and management of in-stock reporting.
Manage the S&OP process and reporting for assigned Brand/s and categories.
Actively engage and work with other teams to ensure a collaborative approach and align on the needs of the Company and the overall business strategy.

Qualifications:
~ Commercial awareness and knowledge of global supply chains, key drivers and market trends.
~5+ years of experience working in a supply planning, S&OP or similar role.
~ A bachelor’s degree is desirable.
~ German language is an advantage.
~ Advanced skills required in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and prior experience working with supply planning systems (i.e., NetSuite, SAP, Demand Works, etc.) is strongly preferred.
~ International Procurement and Shipping experience are a plus.
~ Experience in working with global suppliers and the ability to create and maintain strong supplier relationships.

Attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
Proficiency with statistical and forecasting fundamentals.
Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
Ability to problem solve and make decisions while working under time constraints.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced busy environment.
