**Demand Planner**

**Purpose**:
To take complete ownership of the demand forecast and forward planning for your assigned brands within THG's growing own-brand portfolio.

Work closely with trading and supply planning team to ensure the sales and order plans are being executed as forecasted.

Drive demand planning processes to monitor sales across all channels and work collaboratively with key stakeholders to identify trends and capture trading activity in order to populate and continuously review forward forecasts. Measure accuracy of demand forecasting to drive improvements and a more efficient stock inventory.

Work collaboratively with Brand and relevant sales channels to collate launch forecasts for EPD / NPD and monitor performance post-launch vs. expectation.

**Key Responsibilities and Tasks**:

- Collating and continuous review of forward demand plan
- Monitoring of sales against forecast; identifying trends, changes in demand and working with stakeholders to plan promotional activity into demand plan
- Analyse the SKU range to identify and suggest changes in distribution to maximise sales for the brands whilst reducing the tail of the catalogue
- Monitor and drive reduction in SLOBs lines to achieve an efficient inventory
- Production of various data and reporting against key KPIs as and when required; forecast accuracy, stock targets and aged/slow-moving stock
- KPI's: Forecast Accuracy; actual attainment versus forecast, alongside weighted Forecast Accuracy; SKU level accuracy

**Internal Communication & Relationships**:

- Develop effective working relationships across key business stakeholders
- Collaborate with Retail Sales, Ecomm Trading, Brand and Marketing teams to facilitate effective demand planning

**External Communication & Relationships**:

- Develop working relationships directly with key B2B/Retail partners to understand merchandising patterns to assist with better demand planning
