Description
Develop effective forecast models based on industry trends and demand patterns.
Ensure product availability while optimising inventory levels.
Collaborate with key stakeholders in the procurement and supply chain process.
Analyse and interpret key supply chain metrics.
Propose and implement solutions to improve demand forecast accuracy.
Maintain data in demand planning software and systems.
Monitor and report on important changes in sales forecasts and budgets.
Work closely with marketing, finance, and production to ensure supply meets demand.Profile
A successful Demand Planner should have:
Proficiency in statistical analysis and data mining tools.
Exceptional problem-solving skills.
The ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
