We think we have the potential to do something special and, as a growing startup, we're looking for a Pharma Ops Co-ordinator to join our rapidly growing UK team. Whilst we are extremely proud of what we have built so far, we know we are just getting started if we are to be the #1 Medical Cannabis business in the UK. If you are looking to not just join a team or follow a process, but help design them, this is the role for you. 

As Pharma Ops Co-ordinator you will be a vital member of our industry-leading Orders team, where we service retail and wholesale channels across the UK. You will provide support for the wider team and be our telescope, spotting where we need to bolt on improvements and address risks - all whilst remembering our key mantra "Compliance Is Our Competitiveness" 
Working under the guidance of the Pharma Ops Lead in a highly regulated environment, we are looking for an individual with a sense of purpose – something that will help manage the uniquities of working in a startup environment in the novel setting of medical cannabis. 

Assist in processing pharmaceutical orders from retail and wholesale customers via email and procuring stock from domestic and international suppliers 
Support the various systems in place (e.g. inventory management, order processing) to manage the business, helping to further develop them as we grow 
Work alongside Team Quality to help drive pharmaceutical compliance throughout the Orders System and QMS, following Good Distribution Practice (GDP) principles 
Play a leading role in managing our wonderful customer base and assist in building processes to be the very best for them (and their patients) 
Perform basic data analysis 

1-3 years working experience, but we are open to applicants coming from diverse backgrounds and paths 
~ Familiarity with operational processes and metrics (e.g. inventory management, logistics, lead times) 
~ Proficient in Microsoft Excel (advanced Excel proficiency, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and Power BI) 
~ Highly regarded bonus: medical cannabis passion, wholesale distribution experience, experience working in fast-paced environments (e.g. startups, novel industries) 

 
Passionate about patients and medical outcomes 
Interested in building a company from the ground up 
Undergraduate degree in Economics/Math/Data Science or equivalent field is preferred, but we are open to applicants coming from diverse backgrounds and paths


30pm Monday-Friday - Office-based (East London)
