Full-time I am currently seeking a Reservations/Reception Manager on behalf of my client, a noteworthy restaurant that is renowned for its vibrant atmosphere and exceptional hospitality, located in the heart of West London. Responsibilities:

- Manage reservations and reception operations in a high-volume establishment, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.

- Utilize reservation software such as 7Rooms and Tripleseat to handle bookings and guest inquiries effectively.

- Lead from the front in delivering outstanding hospitality and front-of-house services, drawing from a background ideally in restaurant floor management.

- Oversee a small office element of the role while primarily focusing on managing the door and reception area.

- Maintain a hands-on approach to management, actively engaging with guests and staff to ensure optimal guest experiences.

- Uphold the highest standards of service and professionalism, contributing to the overall success and reputation of the client. Requirements:

- Previous experience in a high-volume hospitality environment is essential.

- Familiarity with reservation software, particularly 7Rooms and Tripleseat, is highly preferred.

- Ideally based in or near West London, with minimal travel distance.

- A background in restaurant floor management is preferred over a hotel background.

- Proven ability to lead by example and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
