Job Description

We are currently looking for an experienced Customer Solutions Specialist to join this busy and successful team, working primarily from our London Heathrow office .
You will have an analytical mind, knowledge in key account management and pricing and a solid freight forwarding work history.
Responsibilities
- Pricing for new and existing accounts of any size, including strategic accounts and global tenders
- Sales support from onboarding and implementation to daily management of new accounts
- Development and implementation of Rohlig UK’s account management structure and strategy
- Enhanced digital and technological affinity in alignment with Rohlig’s digital solutions initiatives
- Ad hoc troubleshooting with proactive and flexible approach to finding new solutions
Skills required
- Educated to a minimum GCSE standard including Maths and English. Higher education degree preferred
- Minimum 2-3 years freight forwarding experience
- Highly competent IT skills (MS PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
- Analytical and critical thinking skills
- Strong customer-focused communication skills and experience
- Strong administrative skill set, including excellent time management
- Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines
- Digital affinity to gain an understanding for Rohlig’s digital products
- Driving licence and own car
