**The position**

For our Central Northern Europe (CNE) Organization we are currently recruiting a UK Customer Solutions Specialist. To be based in London (UK) or Dublin (Ireland).

The newly established Customer Solutions team plays a vital role in enhancing customer satisfaction and maximizing growth opportunities across CNE. Customer Solutions is about successfully executing and improving business-critical processes.

As UK Customer Solutions Specialist, you will provide targeted administrative support to the CNE Cluster, especially in the fields of Marketing, Sales, and Market Access. You will report to Customer Solutions Lead.

**Responsibilities**
- General Business Administration (approx. 2/3 of the role): Provide administrative support to UK-based founders and ensure a back-up for administrative support across CNE. Develop proposals in collaboration with other functions to improve administrative processes that affect customer satisfaction.
- Support financial business processes including PO raising, processing invoices in Athena and where required procurement activities. Creation of contracts for events
- Arrange/book customer travel, transport, transfers, accommodation, meeting facilities, conferences, global videoconferences and teleconferences, events, registrations; produce complex itineraries for international trips.
- Input events into Veeva and conducting FCPA review in Appian with officials.
- Oversight and implementation of the “new starter” process for new UK-based founders, including equipment, IT, telecommunications requirements.
- Act as focus for function specific records management, retention and archiving of business documentation in line with regulatory requirements and the support of ad-hoc internal audit.
- Conduct all activities in compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures, including financial system administration, document management and team core compliance.
- Operational Pricing Support (approx. 1/3 of the role): Development of tender/pricing submissions for the Organon portfolio, pre-submission, (i.e., PQQs/sid4health) actual submission (i.e., Atamis) and post award schedules/paperwork, as well as maintaining accurate historical records of submissions for review.
- Maintenance of the database containing price lists as well as liaison with global teams to ensure accuracy of databases and support the CNE Market Access team to deliver contracts, pricing agreements, taking responsibility for contract innovations and transfer paperwork where necessary-, including UK pricing agreements with wholesalers and other countries’ agreements.

**Required education, experience and skills**
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office suite (inc. Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint)
- Very strong prioritization and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and with limited direction on a day-to-day basis.
- Ability to show own initiative, logical thinking and creative problem solving in response to day-to-day situations.
- Strong written and verbal communication; strong interpersonal skills.
- Ethics and integrity, awareness of compliance requirements and maintaining confidentiality as normal way of working.
