Job DescriptionReporting to our Senior Accounts Receivable Manager you will create impact within our credit control team. You will deliver a first class collections service to Jellyfish clients, coordinating and assisting with the development of the billing function and ensuring best practice. You should be very familiar with the order to cash process and understand how this process influences customer relationships and overall cashflow.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Manage your own ledger, reducing aged debt whilst maintaining general cashflow.
- Help refine efficient collections processes across Jellyfish.
- Support with daily and month end reporting
- Deputise and oversee routine department activities to ensure that they are completed accurately and on time.
- 2-3 years of experience working in a collections, billing or revenue role
- Knowledge of accounting, management principles and accounts receivable procedures.
- You'll love getting to know your clients, developing long-lasting relationships and adding value to their business.
- You generate unique ideas and experiment with new methods and technologies to solve issues.
- You'll be great at collaborating with team members to achieve common goals, valuing and respecting diverse contributions.
