We are seeking a proactive and strategic Senior Pitching Systems Executive to join an international Law firm. In this pivotal role, you will enhance the firms global pitching function and directory submissions processes, ensuring excellence and innovation in all responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pitching Infrastructure Management: Oversee the delivery and enhancement of the firms pitching systems and practices.
  • Directories Strategy: Manage directories strategy, including communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Pitching Centre of Excellence: Develop and manage a comprehensive change and communications plan.

Core Duties:

  • Lead the execution and enhancement of global pitching automation features.
  • Provide expert guidance to end-users, enhancing their understanding and utilisation of pitching systems.
  • Manage the standard content library and processes, ensuring high standards across all pitching activities.
  • Act as first-line support for all pitching and directories system queries.
  • Develop and execute communication plans, including newsletters and engagement strategies.
  • Support team initiatives through workshops and training events.
  • Analyse system performance and drive user engagement.
  • Develop and launch reports to provide insights into pitching activities and ROI.
  • Oversee global and national directory submissions, improving firm and lawyer rankings.
  • Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous learning.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • 3-4 years' experience in a similar systems role.
  • Experience with database configuration, data analysis, and data management.
  • Familiarity with pitching, credential capture, and directory submissions processes.
  • Strong project management skills and proven ability to deliver high-quality outcomes.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
