The Lampton Group of companies (the “ Group ”) was established by the London Borough of Hounslow (the " Council ") in 2012 in order to fulfil two main objectives:to deliver social value services on a local level; and to be commercial; The Group has a social heart with a commercial head and delivers outstanding services across the Borough of Hounslow.
Homes – delivering up to 1500 new build homes over the next 5 years by re-developing local authority land into residential and mixed-use projects.
Services - delivering first class repairs, maintenance, and facilities management to Council and Lampton Group owned residential housing.
Recycle - delivering domestic refuse and commercial waste collection as well as recycling services.
Leisure – delivering six leisure and sports centres, with facilities offering everything from state-of-the-art gyms, multiple swimming pools, tennis courts, soft play, a running track and more.
Reporting to the Development Director as the Senior Development Manager you will be responsible to manage and lead on several Lampton Homes developments from inception to post practical completion.
Identify development opportunities & lead on allocated sites, undertake viability assessments, appraisals and produce recommendation reports.
Produce Master Development Programmes & Project Plans
Obtain and use sales, revenue, and marketing data.
Produce monthly reports including fees, board reports, management reports etc & present to Senior Management
Plan, manage and deliver one or several Projects (Developments)
Produce short term activity programmes. Ideally you will be educated with a Degree within Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
Experience report writing and presentation of reports to smaller and larger audiences.
Advance Microsoft Office skills
understanding and experience of successfully managing residential and mixed used developments from RIBA 1 to 6.
Knowledge of Housing Associations, Registered Providers and Local Authorities development and affordable housing procedures
Be able to demonstrate development revenue and costs (CAPEX and OPEX)
Experienceof planning system, contract management, s106, s278, s104
