About the role We’re seeking a Process Improvement & Change Management Lead for our airline client who will drive initiatives to optimize business processes while ensuring smooth adoption of changes across the organization. This role combines process analysis, workflow redesign, and change management to deliver measurable improvements in efficiency, quality, and stakeholder engagement. The ideal candidate is experienced in both process improvement methodologies and change management practices and can deliver results in a contract, project-focused environment. Roles and Responsibilities: To be successful in the role, the role holder will be expected to: Change Management Leadership: Lead change initiatives by developing change management plans, stakeholder engagement strategies, and communication roadmaps. Conduct change impact assessments and readiness evaluations to ensure smooth transitions. Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with senior department heads, project managers, and senior executives to ensure buy-in and successful adoption of changes. Facilitate workshops and training sessions to support change initiatives. Process Analysis & Optimization: Be responsible for documenting policies and processes, and developing comprehensive communication and training plans along with key supporting materials Evaluate existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement. Develop and implement process improvement strategies using methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma, or BPM. Project Management: Manage end-to-end process improvement projects, including planning, execution, and performance tracking. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align process changes with business objectives. Data-Driven Decision Making: Use data analysis to identify root causes of inefficiencies and measure the effectiveness of implemented changes Skills Apply strong analytical and structured thinking to evaluate options, shape requirements, and ensure attention to detail in decision-making. Communicate clearly and persuasively, translating complex authentication and technical concepts into language that all stakeholders can act on. Evaluate existing legacy authentication implementations, identifying risks, dependencies, and improvement opportunities to align with the organisation’s authentication modernisation roadmap. Recognise and balance competing priorities, guiding teams and stakeholders towards achieving strategic security and business outcomes. Required Skill and Experience Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or any analytical field related degree. Master’s degree or certifications (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, PROSCI,) are a plus. Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in process analysis, improvement, or change management. Proven track record of leading successful change initiatives in a fast pace environment. Technical Skills: Proficiency in process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Draw.io). Familiarity with project management platforms (e.g., Jira) Strong analytical and data interpretation skills. Soft Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Knowledge of Spanish will be an advantage Strong leadership and negotiation capabilities. High adaptability and problem-solving mindset. Ability to take ownership of deliverables while aligning execution with strategic direction and leadership guidance.
