To oversee contract performance of building services clients To identify opportunities to maximise the potential of each account To liaise with clients, ensuring the resolution of any queries or issues. To ensure all sub contractors employed meet the required technical and health and safety standards of the company and the client. To assume responsibility for the control and liaison of subcontractors and own labour. To continually monitor own and sub contractor and employee performance to ensure compliance with client Key Performance Indicators To identify efficiencies and cost savings within all contracts, for the benefit of the company and the client To ensure that all jobs are completed on a timely basis and to the expected standard On completion of jobs, to ensure that all invoices are raised in a timely manner To maintain contract records in accordance with internal procedures and customer requirements Attend courses and other training events in compliance with statutory requirements. To attend course and training events to promote changes to general and technical work practices. To undertake other duties and special projects as required.
