Shift Pattern: Shifts available: Days – Shifts can be any day from Mon to Sun with
Opportunity to pick up extra shifts for annual leave/sickness.
Full Manual UK driver’s license & own vehicle 
He suffers from severe epilepsy, does require PEG medication and requires 24 hour support
Your role is support is to meet his medical and personal care needs. Taking him to and from day centres, using hoists for transports, issuing medication and day-to-day assistance needs. You will work alone and as part of a team, operating on shifts to provide 24/7 care.
Support with all aspects of daily living
Take him to and from day centres
Support with all personal needs
Hold a full UK Driving Licence + Have access to your own vehicle
Bonus if you like dogs - The client has two
Able to help with personal care
Potentially administer medication and Ideally hold an NVQ level 3 (or equivalent) in Health & Social Care or related topic, or be willing to study towards this
