**Role: Care Assistant/Support Worker**

**Locations: Ringwood and Fordingbridge**

**Hours: FT/PT - working house are approximately 7am/8am - 2pm/4pm - 9.00pm - (including either one weekend day every week or work alternate weekends).**

**Salary: £12.82 ph, paid travel time and mileage at 45p per mile**

Due to the success of their homecare services, my client’s service is growing a fantastic opportunity has becomes available for care assistants/support workers to join their team. This Homecare company provides exceptional quality care and support to clients in their own homes. The company are rated 'Good' by the CQC.

Key Responsibilities:
To provide exceptional quality care to private clients in their own home and to promote and respect clients rights, choice, independence, individuality, privacy and dignity along with the following daily tasks:

- To provide quality care to clients in line with their personalised care plan
- Personal Care
- Assistance with washing & dressing
- Shopping & meal preparation
- Administering medication
- Helping clients access community services
- To monitor and report changes in client’s condition.
- To keep clear, up to date, and accurate records, reporting any changes in a timely manner.

Skills & Experience:

- Excellent communication skills with an empathetic and caring attitude with the ability to maintain client confidentiality.
- MUST HAVE - Full UK driving licence and access to your own car
- Must be resident in the UK - my client does not offer sponsorship
