Assistant Finance Manager, Emirates Stadium

- Prepare the monthly management accounts pack for Delaware North units.
- Process the daily sales report into the accounting system.
- Post and allocate all sales ledger cash daily. Maintain all sales ledger and credit control documentation.
- Review line by line costs with unit management. Analyse the variances and explore potential issues.
- Support the production and delivery of monthly forecast, providing detailed analysis and evidence to support assumptions made (e.g., sales mix analysis).
- Produce weekly profit & loss accounts for profit/cost centers and hold weekly meetings to discuss results and appropriate actions.
- Manage daily and monthly bank reconciliations and month end balance sheet reconciliations.
- Studying towards an accountancy qualification (CIMA, ACA, ACCA, or equivalent) or equivalent experience in similar roles.
- 3+ years' relevant finance experience required.
- Ability to analyse complex financial information and present it in a clear and concise format.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the confidence to partner across the business to help drive better results; excellent commercial and business acumen.
- Previous experience with PeopleSoft accounting system or equivalent is preferred.
