We are currently looking for a Analytical Scientist - Physical Characterisation at the forefront of analytical research and testing services in the Medical Device and Pharmaceutical sectors based in the West Yorkshire area.
This role offers the chance to refine method development and validation skills, evolve project management capabilities, and stay abreast of scientific advancements. You'll be instrumental in achieving company objectives and upholding core values, all while building solid customer relationships through exceptional service and communication.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Your duties as the Analytical Scientist - Physical Characterisation will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:
1. You will conduct precise analysis to meet customer specifications using advanced technologies , client communication, review of data and training of other staff.
2. Engaging with clients, interpreting data, and ensuring compliance with quality standards.
3. Actively participate in laboratory-based analytical projects, from client discussions to project execution and data presentation.
4. You will retain and develop technical skills and knowledge by maintaining awareness of scientific literature to assist work progression.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
To be successful in your application to this exciting opportunity as the Analytical Scientist - Physical Characterisation we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:
1. Relevant degree in an analytical, chemical, or related scientific field.
2. Proven experience in physical characterisation techniques such as particle size and shape analysis, droplet sizing, and solid state analysis.
3. Ability to work independently, problem-solve, and effectively manage multiple tasks.
