Working exclusively with Drayton, they are seeking a Site Director to lead their bustling food manufacturing facility that borders the Lake District, in the North West of England. This high-profile appointment offers the chance to shape the future of a beloved local employer while making a significant impact on the national food landscape.
Who you are:
- A seasoned leader with a proven track record of managing large, complex food processing sites exceeding £100m turnover and 800+ employees.
- A confident and decisive decision-maker, able to inspire and motivate teams to achieve operational excellence.
- An astute financial manager with a deep understanding of cost control, budgeting, and investment planning.
- An expert in food manufacturing systems, from ingredient sourcing and processing to packaging and distribution.
- A logistics maestro, overseeing a seamless supply chain and ensuring efficient delivery of quality products.
- A communicator who builds strong relationships across all levels, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
