Who you are:

  • A seasoned leader with a proven track record of managing large, complex food processing sites exceeding £100m turnover and 800+ employees.
  • A confident and decisive decision-maker, able to inspire and motivate teams to achieve operational excellence.
  • An astute financial manager with a deep understanding of cost control, budgeting, and investment planning.
  • An expert in food manufacturing systems, from ingredient sourcing and processing to packaging and distribution.
