Fusion Talent is seeking an experienced Site Operations Manager to oversee a COMAH manufacturing facility. As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for leading a team of circa 140 employees and working closely with the Site Director to position the site for future growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the manufacturing facility
- Lead a team of employees to achieve business objectives
- Work closely with the Site Director to develop and implement business strategies
- Drive continuous improvements and change management initiatives
- Ensure compliance with COMAH principles and regulations
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the Chemical manufacturing, Petrochemical, Pharmaceutical, or Oil & Gas industry
- Excellent leadership and change management skills
- Strong understanding of COMAH principles and regulations
- Ability to work closely with a seasoned team and develop business strategies
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £130,000 - £135,000
