Job Opportunity

MacGregor Black is seeking a seasoned Site Director to lead a Food Manufacturing business in Lancashire.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement manufacturing strategies to drive business growth and efficiency.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve strong KPI results, including cost, safety, service, quality, and absenteeism.
  • Collaborate with commercial functions to define and agree on budgets and forecasts.
  • Establish and maintain best practice manufacturing standards through LEAN manufacturing principles.
  • Ensure plant performance, product quality, and product safety meet business expectations.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of delivery in team leadership roles.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams in the consumer sector with high-speed production expertise.
  • Commercial acumen and ability to influence and communicate effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive business improvement.
