Client Support Analyst

MRI Software is seeking a customer-focused professional with 2–3 years of experience in a client-facing role to join our Client Support Services team. This hybrid position combines remote work with time spent at our Sleaford office, providing day-to-day support to clients using our Qube PM software. As a Client Support Analyst , you will be responsible for resolving client queries by analysing software issues and recommending solutions. The team assists clients via telephone and our online system. The successful candidate will need to listen and empathise with our clients, using troubleshooting skills, a technical mindset, problem-solving abilities, and creativity to deliver a consistent, professional experience. In-depth training on our Qube PM software and infrastructure will be provided. In this role, you will have the opportunity to analyse complex software issues, engage with our impressive client base, and provide an exceptional customer experience every day. You will be a key point of contact for a broad variety of clients from financial and property management institutions, assisting with a wide range of questions and technical issues. You may occasionally be required to attend client events within the UK (e.g., in London or Manchester, typically 2–4 times a year), as well as occasional visits to client offices to assist users with specific areas of system functionality. (All travel will be covered by MRI Software.)
