MRI Software is looking for a Help Desk Analyst to join our Sleaford team. This role will be hybrid, working from home 2-3 days a week and otherwise based in the Lincolnshire Office, and will support our clients across the UK and Ireland. The organisation and team are fast-paced and have undergone considerable growth in the UK, with offices in London, Newcastle, Sleaford, as well as a large home-based workforce. This position forms part of a wider team, with career development opportunities available.

**Requirements**:

- Customer focus and a passion for support
- Creative and curious trouble-shooter
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Professional communication skills
- Previous experience in customer service
- Computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft products would be advantageous

In depth training on our systems and infrastructure provided, with the option of learning Client Accounts using company sponsored programmes.
