Role: Customer Success Manager
Location: Flexible, with preference for UK-based candidates
Responsibilities:
Build and nurture strong relationships with valued customers and partners.
Serve as a trusted advisor, ensuring our clients maximize the value of their cybersecurity solutions.
Collaborate closely with our sales and product teams to drive customer satisfaction and growth opportunities.
Leverage your cybersecurity expertise to understand and address customer needs, with penetration testing experience considered a bonus.
Drive adoption and retention through proactive engagement and strategic account management.
Requirements:
Experience in customer success or account management roles, ideally within the cybersecurity industry.
Must have a cybersecurity background, at least 3 years, with a solid understanding of industry trends and technologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
Self-motivated team player who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
