All Things Bloom is a new contender within the world of coffee. As such we are a company which intends to satisfy the most discerning coffee drinker’s palates, not just connoisseurs

 

As part of our wholesale team, our Wholesale manager should have a love of great coffee, be exceptional at delivering customer service, have a passion for looking after all our clients and their coffee needs, as well as growing and developing our commercial performance.

What's in it for you?

The Candidate

· An understanding of specialty coffee in the UK

· Has experience using management software Xero, Unleashed and Shopify (not essential)

· Excellent English written and verbal communication skills

· Competent in all Microsoft programmes

· Proven track record of growing sales and maintaining relationships

· A people manager, ability to growth and manage a team

Performance Measurement

· Six-month probation period with review at end

· Agreed quarterly sales targets

· Achieve and maintain the new customer Pipeline

· A review of your role in the form of an appraisal will be conducted every 6 months

· Monthly meetings with line manager to review commercial performance

 

Remit & Main Responsibilities

· Manage the day-to-day operations of the Wholesale team, both sales and accounts.

· Promote all our products and be a coffee ambassador led by our core values and behaviours

· Look for opportunities to engage with and support wholesale accounts

· Maintain relationships with key accounts

· Actively communicate with customers about our service and ways we can assist/support their business

· Manage the wholesale account managers ensuring their time / activities are planned correctly

· Monitor ordering patterns and address changes in volume

· Coordinate and process 3rd party technical support for your customers

· Conduct training when required from our Roastery or at customers’ locations

· Work as part of a team and be able to communicate excellently with all departments

· Working in conjunction with the wholesale team to achieve quarterly sales targets delivering

top-line commercial objectives

· Attend trade events/ exhibitions as required.

· Turn leads from inbound enquiries and hunt for outbound leads to convert into new

customers

· Research prospects to understand needs and sell them on the benefits of our products and services.

· Arrange and host sales meetings with new customers at a variety of locations and settings.

· Keeping new business Pipeline up to date, tracking all prospecting and lead management

activities.

· Working with our roastery team and founders to help identify prospects and improve conversion rates.

· Working with Head of Coffee on The Coffee programme and forecasting sales so Green bean orders can be planned.

· Be generous with your approach to coffee sales, developing plans and strategies to achieve this.

· Accommodating last-minute change and problem-solving whilst ensuring the customers’ needs are met and prioritised

· An ability to work autonomously and manage your own time effectively.

  • Always understand and deliver ‘beautifully brewed coffee’.
  • Develop positive relationships with your wholesale customers, our suppliers and the coffee industry.
  • Achieve sales targets in line with company budgets.
