To provide administrative support for a team of case managers who are providing support and housing management services to circa. 900 council housing tenants living in sheltered and extra care housing across the district of Taunton and Wellington in Somerset. Provide support for meetings, panels and other forums in line with defined procedures, timescales and accuracy standards. Responsible for providing first point of contact advice for the Council Housing Management enquiries, including face to face, telephony, emails, social media, and digital customer interactions. Signposting and providing advice and support for Housing tenancy and income-related housing services. Provide a Business Support service within Housing, complying with specialist / statutory frameworks. Provides professional advice, guidance and appropriate support to clients, managers, and professionals
