Working with a diverse portfolio of retailers and key suppliers, you will help create & supply bespoke products within various categories, including Health & Beauty, Personal Care, Toiletries & Household products. With our entrepreneurial spirit and drive to succeed, we need a dynamic Product Manager to help build and develop the product portfolio. Reporting into the Senior Product Manager, you’ll develop new and existing products and help seek out new product ideas and categories.
Assess competitors’ products to identify important features and compare performance with equivalent company products.
Conduct market research, identify and drive new product development and product upgrades against a plan.
Lead on all functions of the product development process including brand development, design, and buying/supplier relations.
Delegate projects to the product assistant, manage and work with them to ensure they are supported effectively.
Engage and collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure visibility throughout the business and alignment in the development process.
Working closely with the design team to produce and adjust designs to fit customer/brand requirements.
Schedule workflow, approve product samples and assure quality standards. through all stages of new product development.
Happy to travel to our office locations across the UK and globally.
Happy to travel for meetings/ trade shows.
Strong product management and/or product development or brand management experience/ skills.
Fluent use of Microsoft Office – in particular Outlook, Excel and Power Point.
Fluent use of online platforms for virtual meetings and presentations.
