Basic pay of FTE £28,000 to £30,000 p/a, depending on experience (pro rata for part time).
Monthly Performance Related Bonus, with no caps. Annual Performance Related Bonus of £5,000 for reaching company’s annual goal. Mainly home-based, with the occasional requirement to travel to networking meetings, client offices and to meet colleagues face-to-face in their offices in Aberdeen, Dundee, Perth, and Kinross.
