About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head of Sales to join our team and manage the National Account team in the UK. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and account management within the consumer electronics or retail industry, with a strong focus on driving revenue growth and building strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities:

  • Directly managing and providing strategic guidance to sales team within the UK business unit
  • Fostering a cohesive and high-performing team environment, ensuring alignment with the organization's vision, strategy, and mission.
  • Developing, coaching, and mentoring a strong sales team, empowering them to lead their respective customers effectively and to make informed decisions that drive success.

Qualifications:

  • At least 5+ years of successful retail national account management
  • Understanding of retail operations and key metrics
  • Exceptional leadership, coaching and motivational skills
  • Expert level use of sales KPI's to drive the business forward
  • High degree of financial acumen and strong business management skills
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills with a commitment to collaborate across functions and levels within the business
