Account Director / Account Manager – Enterprise IT Solutions Hybrid – 2 days/week in London £50,000–£70,000 basic + Double OTE + Accelerators Permanent | Full-Time Are you a relationship-led sales professional with a track record of closing deals in managed services, professional services, or licensing? We’re supporting a high-growth tech business building out a new Enterprise Sales Team . This is an exciting opportunity to join a new team within an established business that’s central to the company’s ambitious growth plans. The Opportunity Manage a portfolio of enterprise accounts Inherit legacy relationships and leads from major tech partners Access regular campaign-based new business activity with rich lead lists Supported by specialist sales overlays , presales, and a sales support function Hybrid working (2 days/week in central London) with a collaborative, high-energy team culture What You’ll Be Doing Building trusted relationships across mid-market and enterprise clients Driving new business from both inbound and campaign-led opportunities Working closely with solution experts to position value-led offerings in: Managed Services, Professional Services, Licensing (Microsoft & Cisco ecosystems) Taking ownership of revenue targets and contributing to team growth What’s in It for You £50K–£70K base salary depending on experience OTE is double your base + accelerators Hybrid working, with strong team culture and autonomy You’ll Bring A strong background in relationship-led B2B sales Experience selling IT/Managed services and professional solutions Comfort operating in a hybrid role : part account management, part new business Willingness to commute to London 2 days per week and be part of a tight-knit team
