As Sales Manager at Homely, you'll play a pivotal role in driving the growth and expansion of our innovative products and services across various verticals. You'll cultivate and manage relationships with partners, including distributors, manufacturers, energy suppliers, and social housing entities. Your goal will be to onboard new partners, negotiate contracts, and nurture these relationships to maximise sales & revenue growth.

- You'll support the implementation of our sales strategy. This involves leveraging your influencing and negotiation skills to achieve agreed-upon commercial targets.

- Collaborate closely with product, marketing, UX and support to ensure a deep understanding of our offerings and effectively communicate their value proposition to customers. Engaging with mid and senior-level stakeholders internally and externally will be crucial.

- Regularly report on key progress, pipeline development, future plans, and risks will be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you'll provide input to commercial pricing strategies based on market insights and partner feedback.

- Manage and develop the technical sales and customer success team to exceed targets and deliver excellent service to our customers throughout all sales touch points.

- Proven sales and/or account management experience (minimum two-years), preferably within a technology environment and selling to B2B or B2B2C customers.

- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify opportunities and drive targeted outcomes.

- Familiarity with Sales CRM systems, preferably HubSpot.

- Willingness to travel as required for customer meetings, industry events, and other business-related activities.
