Freelance Resource Coordinator Client Location: West London - 3 on-site days a week

Hours: Full-time
Duration: 12-month talent pool, with an initial 3-month booking

We're looking for a Freelance Resource Coordinator to join our media client and support in overseeing the resourcing for the creative teams. You'll forward plan, schedule, and monitor resource allocations and respective budgets while supporting the Creative Resource Manager in the day-to-day duties and administration of resourcing.

This is a 12-month talent pool, with an initial 3-month booking starting as soon as possible. Update resource rotas daily, managing work allocation to ensure delivery across teams.
Onboard freelancers and manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including raising New Starter Forms and liaising with freelancers regarding their rates and any other concerns in the onboarding process.
Assist in ensuring projects are tracked to allocated budget, currency, and timelines through excellent use of our resource management tool and timesheets.
Liaise with ADs, EPs, and Producers to efficiently plan and resource projects.
Engage and contract freelance staff as per HR policies, proactively building on the existing network of freelance contacts.
Maintain team documents, including resource schedules, project, budget, and freelance trackers.
Support CDs with team administration, including holiday approval, maternity and paternity, and tech support.

Solid knowledge of MS Office.
Experience with resourcing software tools is ideal but not necessary.
