Senior Salesforce Consultant - Techno/Functional
This small, global consulting firm is further accelerating the growth of its Salesforce Practice in line with a growing pipeline of projects. They now require a Senior Salesforce Consultant to join the team and play a lead role in projects and deliveries.

In this client-facing, consulting role you will have the opportunity to display your leadership and Salesforce skills across a range of exciting projects of varying size and complexity.

You will be involved in both the functional and technical aspects of projects and will be happy to roll up your sleeves and get hands-on. Hands-on configuration and build, leverage out-of-the-box configuration capabilities as well as oversee and take part in the design and build of custom solutions using Lightning, LWC, Aura and Integration (you don’t need to be a highly technical developer but should have some hands-on Apex skills and be willing to get stuck in)
Liaising with stakeholders, producing status reports, managing risk and issues and managing project budgets

To be considered you will be a passionate and driven Salesforce professional with proven experience across the full lifecycle of Salesforce projects. You may already be working in a small-to-medium-size Salesforce Partner and looking for a change or you may even be working in a larger consulting firm and want to move into a more dynamic and agile environment where you can broaden your responsibilities.

Excellent Salesforce consulting skills with experience across the full project/delivery lifecycle
A can-do, proactive attitude and happy to wear different hats on different projects
Strong functional skills spanning requirements capture, analysis, project management and stakeholder engagement
Hands-on technical skills/understanding with Apex, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and Lightning Web Components are desirable
A good understanding of query languages such as SQL and SOQL is also desirable but not essential

Your experience will be backed up with Salesforce Certifications and you must also possess strong client-facing communication, relationship building and influencing skills.

This consultancy has a flat organisational structure and open, collaborative culture that allows for excellent promotion prospects up to Director level. The successful candidate can expect a salary of £60,000 to £75,000 (dependent upon experience) plus benefits including an annual bonus (paid quarterly), private medical, mobile phone allowance, up to 5% matched pension and 25 days holiday. You can expect excellent ongoing training, as well as support to achieve further Salesforce Certifications.

This role is predominantly remote based but you will be required to visit the office in London once a week with occasional visits to the headquarters in Surrey.
