About the company

We are currently partnered with a fast-growing UK business who are well invested in Salesforce and are in need of a Senior Administrator to join the team. Our client provides an incredibly important product and service to tens of thousands of customers every day. With Salesforce at the heart of the operation, it is important that the Senior Administrator can some in and enhance its use.


About the role

As the Senior Salesforce Administrator, you will play an important part in managing the multi-org and multi-cloud Salesforce setup internally as a Salesforce SME. You will be hands-on with the daily configuration of Salesforce whilst also working closely with the business to identify improvements and enhancements that could benefit them. You will also play an important role in being a mentor for those more junior in the team, guiding them and ensuring they adhere to Salesforce best practice.


Requirements

The skills and experience required for the Senior Salesforce Administrator role include, but are not limited to:

  • 2+ years of hands-on Salesforce configuration experience
  • Excellent experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
  • Ability to confidently build and amend automation using Flow
  • Previous experience managing or mentoring a team of admins
  • Ability to translate requirements into buildable Salesforce solutions
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator
  • Happy to work in a remote position
