Role/Responsibilities You will lead a team of Regional Sales Directors fostering a positive and proactive culture within the group. Your dynamic approach and innovative leadership will drive the implementation of a core sales strategy focused on sourcing, driving, and growing revenue across the MICE market segment. Daily communication with your team will ensure consistent focus on targets, supported by incentives and rewards for motivation. Leading from the front, you will share best practices, monitor results regularly, and adapt strategies as needed to stimulate alternative demand channels. Proactively exploring new markets and trends, you will collaborate closely with key teams and represent the group at high-level meetings with clients. Additionally, you will oversee forecasting processes, sales planning, and budget preparation in alignment with the Revenue Team and Group Sales Director.
