This is an exciting opportunity to take the lead on our High Street and Pharmacy strategy, working closely with some of the UK’s most recognisable retail partners. You’ll help grow BioKult’s presence nationwide while supporting and developing a small, passionate team who manage key grocer and pharmacy accounts. What You’ll Be Doing Building great relationships with key retail partners such as Boots and Holland & Barrett, with a focus on sustainable growth and profitability. Leading and supporting a small internal team (National Account Executive, Sales Executive and Sales Admin), helping them grow, develop, and shine. Securing new listings and increasing distribution through smart range reviews and insight-driven category thinking. Creating thoughtful, collaborative Joint Business Plans (JBPs) that deliver for both Bio-Kult and our customers. Managing forecasting and P&L with accuracy and confidence to ensure we hit our financial goals. Evaluating the impact of marketing and media activity to make sure our investments drive real, measurable growth. Driving omnichannel performance by blending online and offline strategies to reach more consumers in meaningful ways. Staying close to category trends, especially within Wellness and VMS, and using that expertise to guide strategy. About You You’re a commercially minded account manager who enjoys building relationships, leading teams, and spotting opportunities for growth. Ideally, you’ll bring experience from the Wellness, Pharmacy, or VMS category—and if you’ve worked with Boots or Holland & Barrett, that’s a real bonus. You love a fast-paced environment, enjoy developing people, and have a strong track record of winning new business. What You’ll Bring Solid experience in National Account Management. Background in the Wellness, Pharmacy, or VMS category (experience with Boots or Holland & Barrett is a big plus). Degree-level education (or equivalent experience). Strong commercial understanding, especially around forecasting and P&L. A natural “hunter” mentality with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
