This is an exciting opportunity to take the lead on our High Street and Pharmacy strategy, working closely with some of the UK’s most recognisable retail partners. You’ll help grow BioKult’s presence nationwide while supporting and developing a small, passionate team who manage key grocer and pharmacy accounts.
Building great relationships with key retail partners such as Boots and Holland & Barrett, with a focus on sustainable growth and profitability.
Leading and supporting a small internal team (National Account Executive, Sales Executive and Sales Admin), helping them grow, develop, and shine.
Managing forecasting and P&L with accuracy and confidence to ensure we hit our financial goals.
Driving omnichannel performance by blending online and offline strategies to reach more consumers in meaningful ways.
You’re a commercially minded account manager who enjoys building relationships, leading teams, and spotting opportunities for growth. Ideally, you’ll bring experience from the Wellness, Pharmacy, or VMS category—and if you’ve worked with Boots or Holland & Barrett, that’s a real bonus. Solid experience in National Account Management.
Strong commercial understanding, especially around forecasting and P&L.
A natural “hunter” mentality with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Confident presenter with great Excel and PowerPoint skills.
