We have an exciting new opportunity for an HR professional to join our client's small, busy team as an HR Manager , working closely with the Director to provide an efficient, effective HR service to a busy, hard-working team within a professional services environment.

16 – 20 hours per week with flexibility on how this looks and would fit around school hours.

As HR Manager, you will be:

  • Strategic duties - Working with the MD and management team on business and people strategy, and succession planning.
  • Generalist HR duties - oversee recruitment and onboarding, manage employee documentation, and stay updated with HR trends best practices, and legal requirements.
  • Team training and development - Working with the MD to further develop the L&D program to address employee training needs. To include organising training across the firm
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Oversee employee relations casework.
  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.

As HR Manager, you will need:

  • CIPD Level 5 or equivalent qualification
  • Sound knowledge of current HR policies and procedures
  • Strong commercial awareness

Package for HR Manager:
