Are you a dynamic HR professional looking to make a significant impact in a large, complex organisation? VANRATH are partnering with a local organisation to recruit a Senior People Partner to join their HR Operations Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a crucial role in shaping HR strategies and drive transformational change across the organisation.

As a Senior People Partner, you will support the development and implementation of operational HR strategies that align with organisational objectives. Reporting to the Head of HR Operations, you will collaborate with key stakeholders to provide proactive, value-added HR solutions and influence operational decision-making.

Contribute to strategic planning and operational decision making.
Translate business needs into HR performance objectives.
Support strategic workforce planning, performance management, and data analytics.
Employee Relations:
Lead consultations and negotiations in employee relations matters.
Manage complex ER cases and maintain positive employee relations.
HR Solutions Implementation:
Collaborate with HR colleagues to ensure proactive HR support.
Continuously improve HR policies and practices.
Change Management:
Partner with senior management to initiate and deliver strategic changes.

Degree level qualification or equivalent with at least 3 years of relevant Senior HR experience in a large, complex organisation.
Extensive experience in a unionised environment, strategic workforce planning, and managing complex ER cases.
Proven experience in leading change projects and utilising data analytics.
Experience in contract negotiation and changes in terms & conditions.
